COVID-19 UPDATE (6/19/2020)


I continue to provide my services online (“telehealth”) to residents across the state of Minnesota, and do have current availability. Online services are easily accessible by cell phone or computer.


As the state of Minnesota starts to open back up again, I am continuously assessing the circumstances and will re-open to in-office clients as soon as I can ensure that it’s as safe as possible for all.

Karla helped me visit some early, painful memories and helped me face some very vulnerable places. 5-PATH® stands for 5-Phase Advanced Transformational Hypnosis. I use this powerful method for uncovering and/or eliminating your unwanted beliefs, habits, emotions, symptoms and fears. Hypnosis is simply a heightened state of suggestibility, and it is natural and normal for you to be in and out of hypnosis throughout the day. All hypnosis is actually SELF-hypnosis, as you - the client - are the one choosing to accept (or not) the suggestions offered. Learn self-hypnosis the easy way! Hypnosis-focused Psychotherapy


As a mental health clinician, I incorporate hypnosis techniques and tools in my psychotherapy sessions. Traditional "talk therapy" is enhanced using hypnosis in a wide variety of ways, unique to YOUR needs. Examples of ways I utilize the power of hypnosis during typical therapy appointments include:

  • Somatic (body-focused) work to access and clear trauma from the physical body and reduce physical pain.
  • Guided imagery for many purposes, such as relaxation to relieve symptoms of anxiety, improving focus to achieve goals, and rehearsing a desired scenario/outcome in your mind before putting it into "real life" practice.
  • Working with "parts" of yourself that are in conflict with one another so that you feel whole and integrated. This includes age regression.
  • Forgiveness work - for yourself and others to promote deep healing and acceptance.

I take private pay and all insurance plans as a supervised clinician at Ellie Family Services. Sessions are 50 minutes long and require a diagnostic assessment and treatment plan.
